Role Overview

The Client Solutions Specialist - Queuing will work with Accesso's clients in Germany to implement, configure, and optimize queuing solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, gather client requirements, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Accesso's queuing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary client liaison for queuing solutions in Bottrop and Munich, Germany
  • Gather requirements, configure and deploy queue management software, and monitor performance
  • Provide training and enablement for client staff
  • Troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and manage incidents with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Professional Services, Support) to ensure successful outcomes
  • Create and maintain client-facing documentation and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer-facing or solutions-oriented experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
  • Comfort with technology and software systems; experience with queue management or related software is a plus

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Bottrop or Munich, Germany. This role may involve occasional travel to client sites as needed.
