ACATs Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee daily ACATS operations including client outreach and inquiries
• Resolve complex transfer and asset movement issues with accuracy
• Identify, escalate, and document high-risk compliance issues
• Partner with teams to launch, enhance, scale brokerage products
• Review workflows to reduce errors and strengthen controls

🎯 Requirements

• Active Series 7 license required; Series 24 preferred
• Experience in clearing or brokerage operations
• Strong attention to detail with sensitive financial data
• Solve complex operational problems and make risk-based decisions
• Ability to work in a high-volume, evolving environment with partners
