📋 Description

  • Design and own Campus’s academic sourcing strategy across instructors and TAs.
  • Build proactive pipelines across key subjects (business, software eng, general ed).
  • Forecast hiring needs with leadership to ensure pipeline coverage.
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
  • Conduct initial qualification screens before handoff to recruiting.
  • Serve as first contact for faculty and TA candidates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, research, or talent acquisition
  • Experience using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Comfortable being the “first” and building structure in an evolving environment
  • Strong research instincts and ability to identify non-obvious, high-potential candidates
  • Confident in outbound outreach and relationship-building
