- Conduct initial qualification screens before handoff to recruiting.
- Serve as first contact for faculty and TA candidates.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, research, or talent acquisition
- Experience using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfortable being the “first” and building structure in an evolving environment
- Strong research instincts and ability to identify non-obvious, high-potential candidates
- Confident in outbound outreach and relationship-building
