Manage license acquisition and renewal
Deliver presentations to academic institutions with reference manuals and user reports
Train academic users on-site and off-site
Guide academic clients in their 3D implementation strategy
Provide technical support for CLO and CLO-SET
Manage sales pipeline, client conversations, and onboarding projects for academic users

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of work experience in academia, fashion or tech with knowledge of garment construction and operations management
Strong base in CLO software and knowledge of CONNECT and CLO-SET
Knowledge of apparel industry's supply chain
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent writing, presentation, and public speaking skills
Fluent in English and German
