  • Build, test, and iterate ad creative weekly.
  • Set up tracking, audiences, and conversion events.
  • Ship two experiments per day on average.
  • Personalize campaigns for target accounts with tailored messaging.
  • Coordinate with ABM and sales on targeting and messaging.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years paid acquisition or ABM experience (agency/in-house/freelance).
  • You have personally launched campaigns, not just briefed others.
  • You ship a v1, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Comfortable with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and AdRoll.
  • Can set up tracking, UTMs, and conversion events.
  • Familiar with Figma, Canva, or similar to ship ad variations.
