Role Overview

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead complex client engagements, design strategic solutions, and mentor a growing team of consultants. You will work closely with client leadership to drive measurable outcomes and support business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage senior-level consulting engagements across industries
Define scopes, develop project plans, and deliver actionable recommendations
Manage client relationships, stakeholder communications, and change management
Mentor junior consultants; contribute to methodologies and thought leadership
Support business development and proposal development

Requirements

8+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with requirements gathering, project management, and stakeholder management
Ability to travel as needed or work remotely; strong client-facing presence
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
