Overview
Able is seeking a Director of Strategic Consulting to lead and scale our strategic advisory engagements with clients. You will partner with executive teams to define and execute growth strategies, drive client outcomes, and help grow our consulting practice in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic consulting engagements for marquee clients, shaping growth plans and ROI analyses.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, market entry plans, operational improvements, and ROI realization for clients.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Build and manage client relationships at the executive level, translating complex needs into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Data teams to turn client insights into tangible outcomes.
- Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities, including scoping and proposal development.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to building our practice capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory with a proven track record delivering results.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience managing complex client engagements and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to C-suite audiences.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making and ROI analysis.
- Ability to travel as needed; this is a remote role with flexibility.
