Lead Consultant Systems Support Engineer at ThoughtWorks_new. This remote-eligible role focuses on delivering high-quality systems support and technology consulting for financial teams. You will lead client engagements, design and implement scalable solutions, manage incidents, and mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own client engagements related to finance systems and system support.
• Design, configure, implement, and maintain critical financial data workflows and integrations.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive remediation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and coach senior and junior consultants; contribute to thought leadership and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in systems support, consulting, or IT operations, preferably in finance domains.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with finance systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead across teams and manage multiple priorities; willing to travel as needed.
