Job Description

Lead Consultant:Pre-sales Solution Architect at ThoughtWorks. This is a contract role based in Bangalore. The successful candidate will lead pre-sales solution architecture engagements, collaborate with clients and delivery teams, design high-level architectures, respond to RFPs, present technical proposals, and guide the technical direction of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales solution architecture discussions with clients, translating business needs into technical proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to craft winning solutions.
• Develop high-level architectural designs and reference architectures.
• Support RFP responses and technical presentations with clear, client-focused messaging.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution architecture or pre-sales in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, software design patterns, and integration approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore (if applicable).
