🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years in Talent Acquisition with hands-on full-cycle recruiting
- 2+ years of experience managing recruiters
- Strong experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles across functions
- Partner effectively with hiring managers and influence outcomes
- Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals and offer processes
- Experience using Greenhouse (or similar ATS)

- Base salary range: $106,000–$127,000 (USD)
