📋 Description

  • Deliver end-to-end recruiting support for U.S. hiring needs.
  • Lead and coach a global team of recruiters (EMEA & APAC).
  • Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and market intel.
  • Ensure recruiting activity meets SLAs and service levels.
  • Collaborate with Compensation on ranges, leveling, and offers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Talent Acquisition with hands-on full-cycle recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience managing recruiters
  • Strong experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles across functions
  • Partner effectively with hiring managers and influence outcomes
  • Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals and offer processes
  • Experience using Greenhouse (or similar ATS)

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $106,000–$127,000 (USD)
