🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in software QA; 3+ years in leadership/management.
- Hands-on QA automation for .NET apps with MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow, Playwright.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, test plans, and release management.
- Proficient in C#/.NET and C++ testing; ability to write and review test code.
- Experience implementing ISO 9001 or similar QMS in software and audits.
- Track record of improving release quality and reducing defect escape rates.
