🎯 Requirements
- 4–7 years in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics.
- Experience supporting global compensation and/or benefits programs.
- Experience evaluating benefits and market-based recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using compensation surveys (Radford or comparable).
- Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and People Operations.
- Experience across multiple countries and regulatory environments preferred.
