📋 Description

  • Support global compensation and benefits programs through analysis, reporting, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and job matching using external surveys (Radford).
  • Assist with role leveling and internal equity analyses.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries.
  • Analyze global benefits offerings and drive data-based recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics.
  • Experience supporting global compensation and/or benefits programs.
  • Experience evaluating benefits and market-based recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using compensation surveys (Radford or comparable).
  • Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and People Operations.
  • Experience across multiple countries and regulatory environments preferred.
