Role Overview

As an Associate Configuration Analyst, you will join the configuration/implementation team to help configure and maintain critical systems that support patient care and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for configuration changes.
Configure and test systems and integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, product, operations) to implement changes.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support user adoption.
Create and maintain clear documentation, including user guides and release notes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 0-3 years in configuration, IT operations, health tech, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
Familiarity with database concepts; SQL knowledge a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT is a plus.
