📋 Description

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for pediatric patients.
• Lead a transdisciplinary team of BTs and Assistant Supervisors.
• Partner with families to develop individualized care plans.
• Guide supervision, training, and BCBA professional development.
• Hybrid role with up to 50% remote telehealth options.

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
• Master's degree in human services or related field.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and assistants.
• Strong collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians.
• Knowledge of telehealth and hybrid scheduling; flexibility to work hybrid.
