ABA Jumpstart Lead, BCBA

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical programming for ABA clients using Cortica's Whole Child Approach.
• Provide supervision and support for ABA clients and teammates across settings.
• Lead Jumpstart curriculum: modeling, direct service, and supervision.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans, goals, and client progress.
• Attend Jumpstart Lead meetings to support program outcomes.
• Maintain productivity by completing treatment plans, supervision, and parent training.

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's/Doctoral degree in Human Services or related field.
• Current unrestricted state BCBA licensure.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and ABA staff.
• Proficiency with Vineland-3, ABAS-3, VB-MAPP, ADOS, PSI-4.
• Willing to obtain safety training within 90 days and TB clearance.
