  • Serve as the face, voice, and first impression of KBH
  • Be the initial contact for families seeking in-clinic or home services
  • Greet clients at the front desk professionally
  • Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and sign-in on entry
  • Manage email, calls, and inquiry flow
  • Maintain files and EMR organization per HIPAA

  • Entry-level position
  • Experience in customer service
  • Some office experience; up to 1 year preferred
  • Experience with children strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with children with special needs
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, minimal oversight
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial self-starter; able to handle multiple projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
