ABA Assistant Supervisor

📋 Description

• Act as case manager for assigned ABA cases under supervision.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee clinical programming and support BTs.
• Coordinate client care using Cortica’s Whole-Child Approach.
• Support clients and families; ensure adherence to protocols.
• Apply Cortica’s mission and values to daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years ABA experience with autism (in-home or center).
• Master’s degree meeting BACB standards for BCBA eligibility.
• RBT registration or BCAT certification.
• Experience writing treatment progress reports.
• Ability to obtain TB clearance and CPR/First Aid.
• Strong collaboration with families and care teams.
