Manages collection of customer accounts and initiates problem resolution with research.
Handles communications with customers via phone, ticket or email per processes.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English.
Intermediate working knowledge of accounting systems.
Data Analysis.
Excel Proficiency.
High School Diploma or regional equivalent required.
2-4 years of total experience required; at least 2 years in role duties.
