Your Role

Own the end‑to‑end demand engine, driving qualified pipeline and merchant sign‑ups through scalable, multi‑channel campaigns.

  • Build pipeline: Generate a predictable stream of sales‑accepted opportunities and high‑intent sign‑ups within your first 90 days.

  • Run campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimise paid search, paid social, email nurtures, webinars, field events, and content syndication.

  • Experiment relentlessly: A/B test ads, landing pages, and offers to continuously improve cost efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Develop messaging: Create and refine product positioning, collateral, and creative from scratch, working closely with Sales, Product, and Design.

  • Measure & report: Own attribution, funnel analytics, and weekly KPI dashboards

Must‑Have Experience

  • 3+ years driving demand generation or growth marketing for B2B SaaS in Europe.

  • Native‑level English. German is a plus

  • Proven track record of generating substantial marketing‑sourced pipeline and lowering customer acquisition costs through experimentation.

  • Deep hands‑on mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO, email automation, and conversion‑rate optimisation.

  • Data‑literate: comfortable owning funnel metrics, payback periods, and ROI attribution.

  • Self‑starter who thrives in high‑autonomy, high‑accountability startup environments.

Nice‑to‑Have Experience

  • Background in e‑commerce, logistics, retail tech, or post‑purchase experience platforms.

  • Familiarity with returns management workflows or the Shopify ecosystem.
