About the role
As a Solutions Consultant at 6sense, you will partner with the sales team to translate customer needs into compelling technical solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and help customers realize value from our platform. This remote-friendly role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand business goals and challenges.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and respond to technical questions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams to scope solutions.
- Support RFP responses and security questionnaires.
- Develop proof-of-concept runs and validate technical feasibility.
- Contribute to value realization and ROI discussions with customers.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing on customer needs and competitive insights.
- Travel as needed, while maintaining a strong remote-first approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales or enterprise software, ideally in marketing tech or CRM.
- Familiarity with CRM, ABM, data analytics, and integration concepts.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
