Responsibilities
- Lead resource planning and capacity forecasting across multiple teams

- Track utilization and help optimize headcount decisions
- Partner with HR and recruiting to fulfill staffing plans
Qualifications
- Experience in resource management or a similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to forecast capacity and influence headcount decisions
