Job overview

As a Program Manager focusing on GTM experience, you will lead cross-functional programs across product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive successful go-to-market initiatives for 6sense's customers and internal teams. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, manage stakeholders, and track outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from discovery to execution, aligning milestones with GTM objectives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to define requirements and success metrics.
• Develop program plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders across regions, track progress, communicate updates, and drive accountability.
• Identify process improvements to accelerate time-to-value for customers and internal GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program management experience with GTM or product marketing exposure.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and revenue operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment in Mexico City or remote/hybrid as allowed.
