  • Provide advanced tech support for complex IT issues escalated from the Service Desk.
  • Manage and maintain server infrastructure and virtualization platforms.
  • Administer storage solutions for data availability and performance.
  • Configure routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Implement firewall rules and security policies; monitor incidents.
  • Support cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud services management.

  • 5-7 years of IT support or system administration experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
  • SSO tech: SAML, OAuth, OTP and IDP management.
  • MacOS and Windows administration; Jamf and JumpCloud.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Chrome Management.
  • Knowledge of virtualization: VMware and Hyper-V.
