🎯 Requirements

- Mac Systems and Windows Systems knowledge; Google Admin and Workspace familiarity.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
- ITIL Foundation or similar; ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) a plus.
- Excellent communication, strong troubleshooting, and customer-focused mindset.
