📋 Description

  • Provide initial technical support to end-users.
  • Log, categorize, and prioritize IT tickets in the system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, apps, and network issues.
  • Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic app support.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2 with detailed notes and logs.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT procedures and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years IT service desk experience.
  • Mac Systems and Windows Systems knowledge; Google Admin and Workspace familiarity.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
  • ITIL Foundation or similar; ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) a plus.
  • Excellent communication, strong troubleshooting, and customer-focused mindset.
