Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentations/ Deck Design:Create detailed, professional presentations for sales and other department leaders to use in client meetings, pitches, and internal initiatives.Design slides using Google Slides, strictly following brand guidelines and B2B visual standards.Understand presentation flow, transform complex information into simple, clear storytelling, and build eye-catchy, impactful yet elegant slides.Deliver high-quality presentations within tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and consistency under time-sensitive requests.Coordinate with key stakeholders for approvals/ corrections 
  • Social Media Creatives : Design graphics, templates, and engaging short-form videos tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.Adapt creative content to suit platform-specific formats, dimensions, and audience preferences.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent B2B visual identity.Support organic and paid campaigns by creating attractive ad creatives, carousel posts, and motion graphics.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media templates for recurring content, enabling faster campaign execution.
  • Website Support:Design featured images, banners, icons, and infographics to visually enhance the website and blogs.Create engaging hero images and landing page visuals that align with campaign goals and deliver strong brand impact.Develop custom graphics and iconography to simplify complex concepts and support storytelling in blog articles.Produce data-driven infographics that present insights, case studies, and thought leadership content in a clear, visually compelling format.Ensure all website assets are designed with brand consistency and responsive adaptability across devices.
  • Marketing Collateral:Design and produce a wide range of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, success story decks, flyers, one-pagers, and product sheets.Create visually compelling collateral that communicates complex ideas in a simple, impactful way, tailored for a B2B audience.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to translate business needs and technical content into engaging designs.Ensure all collateral is aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across campaigns and communications.Adapt and update existing materials to meet evolving campaign goals and internal requirements.Design creative materials to support internal office activities and communications, such as invitations, Slack posts, newsletters, ID cards, certificates, and other print assets.
  • Collaboration & Tools:Manage design requests through Jira ticketing system and deliver on deadlines.Work closely with the Marketing Team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
  • Additional Skills (Added Advantage):Video Production for Events: Ability to create event highlight videos, promotional clips, and short internal videos to support campaigns and event marketing initiatives.Photography: Ability to capture high-quality photos at internal office events or external tech events, contributing to brand storytelling and content needs.

Qualifications: 

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in B2B marketing teams (preferably in the tech industry).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proficiency with Canva and Figma for collaborative design work.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for creating reusable design templates and accelerating workflows.
  • Quick understanding, comprehension and probing skills for the briefs given
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
