About the Role
5CA is seeking a Thai / English Gaming Support Agent to join our remote team serving players in the APAC region. This bilingual role is ideal for customer-centric individuals who enjoy gaming and helping others resolve in-game issues. You will communicate with players in Thai and English to troubleshoot problems, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional support.
Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual customer support in Thai and English via chat, email, and/or phone for gaming-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot account issues, in-game problems, refunds, and general gameplay questions.
- Gather information, reproduce issues when possible, and escalate to Tier 2 or product teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and update knowledge base articles.
- Ensure timely responses and adherence to quality and SLA targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written). Language level: C1 or equivalent.
- Previous customer support or helpdesk experience, preferably in gaming or tech.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and in APAC time zones; reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common gaming platforms and ticketing systems.
