The Job

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and processing 5CA country payrolls. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance, and effective communication skills. As a functional specialist, Payroll Coordinator will hold responsibility and be the main point of contact for country payrolls.Candidates need to be located in: Argentina, Honduras or Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process payroll for employees across multiple countries in the LATAM region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and other related processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
About you
  • Located in Argentina, Honduras, or Mexico.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Management or similar
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized and discreet
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work early shifts if you're located in Honduras or Mexico.
  • Experience with payroll software is a nice to have
  • Payroll certification is a nice to have as well
  • Knowledge of international payroll laws
  • Proficiency in PowerBI is a plus
