Payroll Coordinator

Overview

5CA is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our remote APAC team. In this role, you will support end-to-end payroll processing, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with local tax and payroll regulations across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for APAC employees accurately and on time
• Maintain employee data in HRIS and payroll systems
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and benefits requirements
• Reconcile payroll data, prepare reports, and assist with year-end processes
• Respond to payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers
• Protect payroll data privacy and security

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing, preferably in APAC
• Knowledge of APAC payroll regulations and tax rules
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/payroll software
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work remotely and manage time across APAC time zones
• Fluency in Spanish and/or English (based on metadata: Spanish/English)
