About the Role
5CA is seeking an English-speaking Gaming Support Agent to support LATAM players on our gaming platform. This is a remote position focused on delivering excellent customer service to English-speaking players in the LATAM region.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social channels in English.
- Troubleshoot account access issues, in-game problems, payments, and other technical issues.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve issues and communicate progress to customers.
- Document cases in the ticketing system and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and collaborate with product and QA teams as needed.
- Aim to maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution where possible.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- 1+ year of customer support or gaming support experience.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and basic gaming terminology.
- Ability to work remotely from LATAM and adapt to flexible scheduling.
