English Gaming Support Agent - EMEA

Role Overview

5CA is seeking an English Gaming Support Agent for the EMEA region. This remote role is open to applicants located in Europe. The agent will provide high-quality English-language support to gamers, addressing in-game issues, account questions, and gameplay inquiries via chat, email, and social channels. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively from a remote setup within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in English across chat, email, and social channels
• Troubleshoot basic account and gameplay issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
• Collaborate with team to improve player experience
• Adhere to SLAs and quality standards

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
• Patience, empathy, and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience in customer support or gaming community is a plus
• Comfortable with remote work, reliable internet, and flexible within European time zones
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of popular gaming platforms is a plus
