Employee Relations Manager (ERM) - EMEA
5CA is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager (ERM) to lead employee relations across the EMEA region. This remote role partners with HR business partners and regional leadership to provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, investigations, and issue resolution. The ERM will ensure compliance with local employment laws, promote a positive work environment, and help advance 5CA’s people-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers on performance and disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation
- Conduct and coordinate employee relations investigations
- Oversee policy implementations and updates across EMEA
- Support grievance processes and resolution
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal as needed
Qualifications
- Significant experience in employee relations or HR management
- Strong knowledge of EMEA labor laws
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Discretion handling sensitive information
