We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join 5CA’s remote team in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing data-driven insights to support Talent & HR initiatives across a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures
• Manage payroll liaison activities and coordinate with external vendors
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to leadership
• Support employee mobility, benefits enrollment, and policy communication
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations to optimize total rewards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and local employment laws in Europe
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment
