Assist in the execution and validation of annual compliance testing to maintain plan integrity.
Maintain and update plan documents reflecting regulatory changes.
Monitor plan operations for ERISA, IRS, and DOL compliance.
Lead end-to-end onboarding for new MEP clients with timely setup.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather required documentation.
Develop and customize plan documents aligned with client objectives and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

QKA certification required (or actively pursuing).
3+ years in 401(k) plan administration, preferably within a MEP.
Strong knowledge of plan document creation and maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for compliance testing.
Experience with recordkeeping platforms and compliance software.
Project management skills for coordinating onboarding and compliance tasks.
