📋 Description

  • Review contributions, loan payments, distributions, and salary deferral changes accurately.
  • Manage 401(k) contributions and payroll reconciliation for employee changes.
  • Oversee vesting percentages and review distribution requests.
  • Ensure IRS and DOL plan compliance; perform nondiscrimination testing and assist audits.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations.

  • Team player with a can-do attitude and flexible with changing priorities/deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
