Oversee assigned team to ensure quality, safety, and GMP compliance.
Ensure production schedule adherence; minimize waste and optimize line efficiency.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Warehouse.
Act as senior leader on off-shifts, coordinating maintenance and sanitation.
Drive continuous improvement via root cause analysis and actionable solutions.
Develop and train the team through coaching and daily feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Adherence to safety, GMP, and efficiency standards.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
Strong math skills to interpret results.
Mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues and allocate resources.
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management or 3-5 years in Food Manufacturing.
3-5 years supervisory experience; bakery exp is a plus.
