Provide expert 3rd line IT support for MS Entra, Intune, Azure, Kandji
Troubleshoot networking and firewall issues (wired and wireless)
Collaborate with IT Director to test and deploy new IT tools and security upgrades
Manage IT infra: on-prem servers, network gear, cloud envs
Monitor Jira tickets and mentor 1st/2nd line engineers
Create and publish Confluence docs and quick guides

🎯 Requirements

Expertise in MS Azure, MS Intune, and MS Entra
Strong information security principles
Experience with MS 365 and Google Workspace
Network management: DHCP, VLANs, monitoring, VPN tunnelling
Firewall architecture, policy design, device management
Wired & Wireless networking experience, preferably Ubiquiti UniFi
