Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, returns)
Partner management & governance; hold 3PL partners accountable via reviews & metrics
Act as primary escalation point for operational issues
Monitor inventory and order processing across systems to ensure alignment
Cross-functional coordination with Inventory Planning, Marketing & Ops

🎯 Requirements

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic in MENA)
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
