🎯 Requirements

- Leadership experience in 3PL, distribution, or logistics.
- Experience managing both e-commerce (DTC) and retail/wholesale fulfillment.
- Understanding of distribution center ops and logistics metrics.
- Experience managing budgets, reconciliations, accruals, and cost control.
- Led cross-functional projects in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
