3PL Fulfillment Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily warehouse and 3PL fulfillment operations; ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor and enforce SLAs and KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipping, delivery).
• Optimize outbound fulfillment: picking, packing, carrier selection, speed, cost.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs for timely receiving.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels and transfers.
• Identify and resolve delays, mispicks, and damaged goods; escalate when needed.

🎯 Requirements

Required:

• 7–10 years experience managing 3PLs in high-volume ecommerce/retail.
• Experience in warehouse/fulfillment ops: inbound, outbound, inventory control.
• Deep knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and fulfillment metrics (shipping, on-time).
• Hands-on with WMS, OMS, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Experience leading system integrations or automation initiatives.
• Background in direct-to-consumer, retail, or hi-growth ecommerce.
• Experience negotiating carrier rates and vendor performance.
• Familiarity with scaling operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
