- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment with domestic 3PL partners to ensure timely orders.
- Monitor and enforce SLAs and KPIs, including order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Optimize outbound fulfillment: picking/packing, carrier selection, speed, cost.
- Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers and 3PLs for timely receiving and accuracy.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels and reduce stockouts.
- Drive continuous improvements to speed fulfillment and enhance customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience managing 3PL providers in a high-volume ecommerce or retail environment
- Strong expertise in warehouse and fulfillment operations, incl inbound, outbound, and inventory control
- Deep knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and fulfillment metrics (shipping accuracy, on-time delivery)
- Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
- Proven problem-solving in resolving delays, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies
