The Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across the Romania region, with a strong focus on New Age Technologies, Product, and Engineering hiring. This individual will act as a key talent advisor to the business, source exceptional candidates, ensure a superior hiring experience, and contribute to strategic TA projects that support the company’s rapid growth in Europe. This role requires someone proactive, data-driven, and highly skilled at stakeholder engagement while ensuring strong operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-End RecruitmentExecute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate rolesManage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely and quality hiring deliveryConduct screening, behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and valuesSourcing & Talent PipeliningApply advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, social hiring, referrals, events, and passive talent mappingBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and future skill demands in the Romanian marketStakeholder CollaborationPartner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection criteriaProvide market insights around talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligenceEnsure clear and consistent communication on hiring progress Candidate Experience & Branding Deliver a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycleRepresent the organization as a brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and digital hiring campaigns Process Excellence & Compliance Maintain accurate records in ATS and TA dashboardsEnsure hiring compliance with GDPR and local labor lawsContribute to continuous process improvements and TA best practicesKey Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in HR is an advantage4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced corporate or tech environmentProven track record hiring for Software Engineering/Product/Design roles in Romania or EuropeStrong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and Romanian talent market dynamicsFluent English (mandatory); Romanian proficiency preferredCore CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder managementAnalytical mindset with ability to use data for insights and decisionsSkilled in negotiation and closingAbility to work independently while collaborating in a global, matrixed structureHigh accountability, adaptability, and passion for people & culture What is it like working for 3Pillar Global?
