Minimum Qualifications: Deep Laravel & PHP Expertise: 5+ years of experience with a profound architectural understanding of Laravel's core (Service Container, Contracts, etc.) and expert-level proficiency in PHP 7/8.Strong OOP & Design Principles: Demonstrated mastery of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.Database Mastery: Strong command of MariaDB, SQL, and core concepts like ACID, transactions, and indexing.Enterprise Experience: Proven background in building and maintaining scalable, enterprise-level systems. Additional Experience Desired: Containerization: A good working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.Web Security: Familiarity with OWASP standards and security best practices.Agile Methodologies: Experience working effectively within an Agile development environment.Mentorship: A demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers.
