Desired Capabilities Understanding of product roadmap, business goals, and customer needsAbility to prioritize testing efforts based on business impactEstimate testing effortsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsEffective communication with team members, stakeholders, and customersDetail-oriented and self-motivatedAbility to work effectively under pressure Key Responsibilities Perform smoke/regression testing.Discuss and validate testing scenarios with business and technical people.Discuss testing plans with the development team.Active participation in Scrum ceremonies, as well as involvement in raising risks and clarifying objectives.Query DBs for testing purposes.Provide accurate status tracking and reporting Minimum Qualifications Experience in any testing management tool.Understanding of testing quadrants.Understanding of unit, integration, system and acceptance testing.Manual testing expertise testing web & mobile applicationsExperience with SQL-based databases (Oracle DB ideally) and do SQL statements.Experience setting up web test environmentsGood English Communication Additional Experience Desired Zephyr.Jira.Bitbucket.
