- Partner with internal visualization, engineering, and product teams to ensure assets integrate into production environments
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in game development or real-time production managing outsourced art at scale
- Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine Editor
- Professional experience with Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter/Designer
- Led complex asset initiatives independently with strong ownership and quality bar
- Built or improved structured, scalable asset pipelines and asset standards
- Experience developing automation or AI-enhanced production tools
