  • Lead outsourced prop production, including vendor selection, briefing, quality control, and continuous improvement of workflows
  • Translate large manufacturer product catalogs into efficient, standardized, high-quality 3D prop libraries
  • Define and enforce asset standards for modeling, UVs, materials, naming conventions, LODs, and optimization
  • Create and refine photo-realistic 3D props and materials that meet artistic and technical requirements
  • Build scalable pipelines for asset ingestion, review, iteration, and deployment into a web platform and Unreal Engine
  • Partner with internal visualization, engineering, and product teams to ensure assets integrate into production environments

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in game development or real-time production managing outsourced art at scale
  • Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine Editor
  • Professional experience with Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter/Designer
  • Led complex asset initiatives independently with strong ownership and quality bar
  • Built or improved structured, scalable asset pipelines and asset standards
  • Experience developing automation or AI-enhanced production tools
