Job Description

Position: Sollis Health Lead Capture at Private. This on-site contract role supports the Talent Acquisition team with lead capture and data management. The successful candidate will gather and record candidate leads, maintain accurate records in our systems, and assist recruitment teams in coordinating outreach and interviews. This per diem W2 opportunity requires strong attention to detail and collaboration in a fast-paced environment at US national scope.

Responsibilities

• Gather and capture candidate leads from various sources
• Enter data accurately into the Applicant Tracking System
• Qualify leads based on job requirements and coordinate with recruiters
• Maintain CRM data integrity and provide reporting as needed
• Coordinate scheduling of interviews and follow-ups with candidates

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in US national scope
• Experience with data entry and candidate tracking systems is preferred
• Effective communication and collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams
