Join 2U as a Senior Financial Analyst focused on Special Projects. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and performance for strategic initiatives across the company.

Responsibilities

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for special projects
Perform variance analysis and scenario planning to inform decision-making
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure financial controls and alignment with strategic goals
Prepare compelling presentations for executives and stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
4+ years of FP&A or equivalent financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
