2U is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment function across the organization. In this role, you will develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, build robust pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will coach and develop a team of recruiters, implement efficient hiring processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align talent with business goals in a fast-growing edtech environment.
