Overview
2U is a leading education technology company partnering with universities to offer online degree programs. As the Lead Analyst, Revenue Strategy & Analytics, you will drive revenue growth by owning end-to-end analytics, forecasting, pricing, and sales performance insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain revenue models and forecasts to support strategic planning and sales enablement.
- Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Perform scenario analysis, pricing experimentation, and performance tracking to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data into clear recommendations and executive-level storytelling.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to scalable analytics processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue analytics or related field.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
