Overview
2U is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales (UK) to lead the company’s enterprise sales efforts in the United Kingdom. You will develop and implement a scalable sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing UK sales team, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth in higher education and corporate programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK enterprise sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team in the UK.
- Manage strategic accounts, cultivate long-term relationships with universities, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, forecast accurately, and close multi-million-dollar deals.
- Represent 2U in market events, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience; preference for edtech, higher education, or enterprise software in the UK.
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals with enterprise clients.
- Prior leadership experience and ability to scale a sales team.
- Strong strategic selling, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Based in London or willing to relocate to London, UK.
