2nd Shift - Trainer

📋 Description

• Reports to department manager; assists with training in home department
• Conducts on-the-floor training and cross-training for hourly associates
• Evaluates performance and makes recommendations per training material
• Ensures training documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Acts as a friendly point-of-contact to support new hires
• Collaborates on updating training materials and addressing daily training needs

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent desirable
• Experience training peers or groups desirable
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of 5+ people desirable
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desirable
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
